Due to its equipment and design, this machine is suitable for high-volume steel cutting and is the predecessor model of the KASTOwa C7 and KASTOspeed C9. After a general overhaul (retrofit), the system will be in as-new condition, which we guarantee.

The machine is overhauled at our facility per customer request. The following components are renewed, among others:

- New Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI
- Conversion to fully electronic cut-off length selection (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all pneumatic components
- New hydraulic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all hydraulic components
- Overhaul of Menzel minimum quantity lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the loading magazine
- Enhancement of the safety concept

The machine is additionally equipped with:

- A skid magazine for 6 m bars
- Hydraulic material feeding unit

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all overhauled or replaced parts. Labor and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
