KASTO Twin A2

Fully hydraulic production band saw automatic machine for continuous operation, suitable for cutting light to difficult-to-machine materials such as solid material, tubes, and profiles. Modern, precise linear guides ensure high stability and maximum service life.

A special feature of this machine is the double bearing of the driven flywheel. This design provides ideal bearing support, ensuring optimal support for the driven flywheel.

The standard KASTO Basic Control system offers intuitive and efficient machine operation. Up to 98 cutting jobs (length/piece combinations) can be programmed. Once the preset number is reached, the machine automatically shuts down. The material feed unit positions the material length very precisely via a ball screw spindle.

A frequency-controlled drive with bevel gears, jam protection, band saw breakage protection, and clamping force control are all standard equipment. These features guarantee perfect performance for both individual cuts and small to medium series.

KASTO's universal hydraulics ensure optimal sawing results and a long tool life for the bandsaw blade.
