Fully hydraulic heavy-duty band saw in the heaviest design, with a horizontally parallel-moving saw blade, for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all grades—including extremely hard-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bimetal and carbide-tipped saw blades.

The saw unit is constructed from solid polymer concrete, providing maximum running smoothness and extended blade life.

The saw unit is guided via two vertical square columns (twin-column guide) with hardened and ground guideways. Hydraulic blade tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is achieved using two hydraulic vices. The control system enables simple machine operation. Cutting length can be set using a counter with 0.1 mm resolution. Piece count is managed by a counter that automatically stops the machine upon reaching the preset quantity. Material feed is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder to ensure maximum cutting accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and fully automatic.
