The fully hydraulic high-speed production hacksaw is equipped with a universal hydraulic system for exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid materials, without the need to change the saw blade and with a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Features include pre-tensioned bow guide, enclosed oil hydraulics, triple pivot mounting, separate coolant system, infinitely adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure loading, lift motion and accelerated return stroke, and is equipped as standard with an infinitely adjustable mitre device. Rapid stroke rise of the saw bow is also possible.

The pendulum vice ensures full utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guides with ground and hardened guide rails transfer cutting forces to the saw bow. Automatic end-of-cut shut-off. Push-button operation for ON, OFF, and rapid upstroke of the saw bow.
