Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw in extremely robust construction, with a horizontally and parallelly moving saw blade, designed for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for the use of bi-metal and carbide saw blades. The saw unit is constructed entirely from polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and blade service life.

The saw unit is guided by one vertical and one round column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic blade tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide blade guides are provided.

Material clamping is achieved via two hydraulic vices. The machine operation is user-friendly. Cutting length can be set via hand wheel with 0.1 mm resolution. Piece count is set using a counter; upon reaching the preset number, the machine automatically stops. Material feed is via a feed cylinder for highest cut accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.
