Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw of the heaviest-duty design, featuring a horizontally and parallel-traveling saw band for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid material of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for the use of bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit, manufactured in a robust polymer concrete construction, ensures maximum running smoothness and extended saw blade service life.

The saw unit is guided via one vertical column and one round column (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic saw band tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide saw blade guides.

Material clamping is performed by two hydraulic vices. The machine is designed for user-friendly operation. Length input can be set via a handwheel to a 0.1 mm resolution. Piece count is set via a counter—when the preset quantity is reached, the machine switches off automatically. The material feed is controlled by a feed cylinder, ensuring the highest cutting precision.

The machines are easy to operate and fully automatic.
