Brewhouse 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, year of construction 2013) as a brew block with copper-clad stainless steel vessel. Wort cooling is performed via a separately positioned plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, year of construction 2013) followed by wort aeration. Additionally, a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket is included. 3. Fermentation and Storage Cellar 4 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, year of construction 2013) each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. 3 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is regulated via a central control cabinet. In addition, 2 further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, year of construction 2013) each with a gross volume of 14.7 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar are available. Temperature control for these two cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is managed via another control cabinet. 4. Bright Beer Cellar / Serving Cellar 5 upright pressure tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished ends, each with a gross content of 10.5 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. 5. Bottling Siphon bottle filler/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads.
