Our VOGEL MH-FJ-2 carton sealing machine features a side drive-belt system. Within the specified range, the machine automatically adjusts to the respective carton size.

Our MH-FJ-2 carton sealer has been specially developed for switching between different carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of height and width, constantly changing carton sizes can be processed quickly and easily without manual intervention. The machine adapts instantly to various formats. Two side and two top conveyor belts ensure your cartons are securely conveyed through the sealer. The lid flaps of the cartons must be manually folded down before they are fed into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine-grade adhesive tape with more meters per roll (compared to hand rolls), so you can work longer without having to change the tape! The machine is compatible with both PP and PVC tapes as well as environmentally friendly paper adhesives. The taping heads can be easily removed for tape roll changes. This feature also allows the machine to be used for sealing only the top of the carton (keyword: auto-bottom cartons). Naturally, this machine is CE marked. Please note: an on-site compressed air connection is required to operate this machine!
