The machine, following completed retrofit, is in as-new technical and visual condition.

Thanks to its configuration and design, the machine can be used efficiently across a wide range of applications. The positioning system ensures simple and highly cost-effective operation. Due to the powerful motor, short cycle times can be achieved even when cutting thick-walled profiles or solid materials. The sound enclosure reduces the resulting noise emissions to a minimum.

The machine is thoroughly overhauled in our facility according to customer requirements. The following components, among others, have been renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI operating panel
- Replacement of ball screw
- Replacement of servo motor and servo drive
- Replacement of the frequency inverter for the main saw drive (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all hydraulic cylinders and valve islands
- Overhauled extraction system
- Overhauled minimum quantity lubrication system

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all overhauled or replaced parts for our systems. Labor and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
