KALLFASS Universa 800

Fully automatic flow wrapping machine for packaging products – regardless of their length – in a complete wrap and without film overlap. Product feed is via a conveyor belt while simultaneously wrapping the product in center-folded film using a forming shoulder. Product indexing is controlled by a photoelectric sensor. The feed conveyor can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is performed by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing devices is manually adjustable.

Wearing and defective parts have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
