KALLFASS Universa 500 Servo

Fully automatic side sealing machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—with a complete wrap and without film overlap. The maximum output is 120 cycles/minute. Product infeed is via a conveyor belt while simultaneously enclosing it in a centerfold film using a forming shoulder.

The infeed belt can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. The film tube with wrapped and aligned products is completely sealed on the side by a side sealing unit.

After the product is wrapped in film, cross sealing is performed by a synchronized, continuously heated sealing system. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be manually adjusted. Remaining film trim is wound onto a film winder.

Wearing and defective parts have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
