Edge sanding machine with overlying feed unit

What distinguishes the Uniq-S from the Uniq is its feed system, which is integrated into the machine table and features a rubberized feed belt and an overhead pressure beam. This design significantly facilitates the sanding and machining of slanted and beveled edges, as well as the serial sanding of workpieces. It also assists when processing exceptionally large or small parts. The feed speed is infinitely adjustable between 3 and 15 m/min.

A soft conveyor belt underneath and rubberized rollers on the overhead pressure beam gently convey the material. An optional second, lower conveyor belt is available. The upper pressure rollers can also be replaced with a rubber belt, which is particularly helpful when sanding extremely small parts.

The Uniq-S is recommended as an all-round solution capable of performing all operations – from solid wood to fine veneer edges – with high quality. The infinitely variable feed speed ensures optimum adjustment to the material.
