With an operating pressure of 160 bar, the pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST is an entry-level model within our range of stationary high-pressure cleaners designed for single-lance operation.

Our pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST offers a wide array of features and numerous options for individual upgrades.

A dry-run protection system and an operating hours counter are included as standard.

Additionally, it allows for the suction of one or two detergents at either high or low pressure, and thanks to the extensive accessory package (see photos), it can be optimally tailored to the intended application site.

Delivering 160 bar working pressure, the high-pressure cleaner provides ample power to handle even the most demanding cleaning tasks.

The operator also benefits from Kärcher innovations such as the EASY!Force high-pressure gun, which utilizes the recoil force of the high-pressure jet to reduce the holding force to zero, and the EASY!Lock quick couplings, which enable handling up to five times faster than conventional screw connections, with no compromise in robustness or longevity.

Kärcher Electric Hot Water Generator HWE 860:

The HWE 860 electric hot water generator is used in conjunction with the HD 7/16-4 ST high-pressure cleaner and heats the water up to 85°C.

Equipment requires training for operation.

Description: HWE 860 Kärcher Hot Water/High-Performance Heater

The electric hot water generator boasts a 24 kW output. Its use is recommended wherever burner exhaust management is problematic or not permitted.

The maximum temperature is 85°C, regulated by a thermostat. The unit can be operated manually or automatically.

The device is operated in combination with a high-pressure cleaner.

The hot water generator is supplied as a standalone unit, complete with control cabinet and all necessary components (hoses, cables, clamps, etc.). Optionally, the user can select between cold and hot water operation via two solenoid valves, and, during configuration, a digital timer can also be selected.

The unit can also be used as a continuous-flow water heater – for example, in continuous operation: at a flow rate of 700 l/h and an inlet temperature of 15°C, a temperature of 45°C is reached (a temperature increase of 30°C).
