THE ECONOMICAL MANDREL BENDING MACHINE FOR TIGHT BENDING RADII

For tube dimensions from 20 - 90 mm, this bending system provides solutions for complex geometries with standard radii of 2xD. Depending on material quality and wall thickness ratio, radii of 1.5xD are also feasible for series production. With a tool height of 120 mm, there is ample room for special profiles.

The highly precise and powerful electric drive of the bending axis, as well as the robust and rigid design of the mandrel carrier and bending arm, contribute to the desired bending result.
The plug-in bending tools allow for quick changeover to other tube dimensions. The clamping pressure for tube fixation can be optimally adjusted. The PLC control system (expandable via USB stick) with data storage and the latest X2X interface can store an almost unlimited number of programs for bending angles, lengths, and rotation angles for up to 50 bending sequences per tube length.
For monitoring the springback values, a freely programmable database for up to 200 materials is available. The control system offers two operating modes: In 'Simple Bending', the system automatically displays the length and rotation of the bows relative to each other. In 'Controlled Bending' mode, the data is pre-set, and a continuous target/actual comparison is performed during the bending process.
Also available with pneumatic stop or with gear-assisted length and rotation positioning.
