THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MOBILE BENDING MACHINE:

The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending both stationary and directly at the assembly site, up to a tube diameter of 35 mm, CU 42 mm.

A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox provide robust drive force. The motor speed is automatically adjusted, resulting in rapid return motion and shorter cycle times.

Position detection directly on the bending axis ensures optimal bending accuracy and extremely high repeatability. The bending angle can be set to 0.5° simply and quickly via push buttons.

A large LCD display shows the angles clearly. The ability to store up to three bending angles allows efficient bending of tubes with different bending results.

For transport, the compact unit with accessories can be safely and neatly stored in sturdy transport cases.

The “stationary tube and rotating tool” principle ensures a minimal footprint during bending. Sliding shoes are used for thin-walled tubes to ensure wrinkle-free bends and to achieve arcs with minimal deformation, for example, in stainless steel and copper tubes.

Using the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square, and round bar stock can be bent with ease.
