THE POWERFUL BENDING MACHINE FOR EXTREME APPLICATIONS:

This compact bending machine enables precise and repeatable bending up to an outer diameter of 100 mm, both stationary and directly at the installation site. Transport is possible using a pallet truck or the optional caster wheels. A robust three-phase motor and a precision gearbox provide powerful drive. The machine stands out for its compact and slim design as well as its highly accessible bending area.

Position detection directly on the bending axis ensures optimal accuracy. The bending angle is set simply and quickly via a user-friendly, menu-guided touchscreen interface available in 14 languages, guaranteeing even more intuitive operation. For more complex bending tasks, up to 100 bending programs can be stored, each with a sequence of up to 8 bends per geometry. The multifunction control allows variable speed adjustment for forward and return travel, and features a programmable overbending function to compensate for material springback.

With the aid of four material characteristic curves, the material is automatically overbent to the required angle, ensuring precise results. The “stationary tube and rotating tool” principle minimizes space requirements during bending. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are employed to achieve crease-free bending and to bend curves with minimal deformation, for example with stainless steel and copper tubes.

The PB20 profile bending attachment allows for easy bending of flat, square, and round steel. The small-radius bending device (KBV) attachment makes extremely small bending radii possible.
