Application examples:
Edge banding
For bonding thermoplastic edge bands (such as ABS, PP, PVC), resin-impregnated decor paper, veneer edge bands (with/without fleece backing) and solid wood edges.
In principle, the bonding properties and the substrates’ surfaces to be bonded (including reverse side priming or other surface pre-treatments) must be checked for application suitability prior to use.

Processing instructions:
Automatic conveying systems can be used for processing the adhesive granulate. The surrounding temperature should not exceed 30°C.
Different hot melt types may, depending on formulation, be incompatible with each other. Therefore, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the application equipment when changing products. For further information, please contact us.
Processing characteristics may vary depending on the application technology used and if the feed speed deviates; this can affect the bonding process.
