Frequently, extraction units installed on machines for coolant recovery are either not efficient enough or not installed at all. Setup processes on machine tools, frequent opening of machine enclosures, or missing enclosures at machining heads cause oil mist to escape from the machine area into work zones, exposing staff to harmful mists and fumes.

Installing a filtration tower significantly improves air quality at the workplace, making it an ideal addition to industrial hall filtration – especially where complete separation of oil mist via coolant recovery systems is not possible or is difficult to achieve.

Automatic ambient air and temperature monitoring.

Innovative PLC control system analyzes data and detects when workplace threshold values are exceeded or temperature rises directly at the hall ceiling, automatically regulating temperature and indoor air quality.
