Overview

This complete brewery and bottling line was primarily constructed between 2018 and 2019, with some auxiliary equipment originating from earlier years. It includes all essential process systems for brewing, fermenting, filtering, filling, and packaging beer – from grain milling to palletizing. The facility was operated by a brewery that has since ceased operations and is now being sold as a turnkey package. All machines are in good working condition.

Filling and Packaging
- Filler – Schilpp Contibloc 20/5 (1974), 20 valves, 5 crown cap closers (26 mm), up to 4,000 bottles/hour (0.33 l bottles)
- Labeller – Enos Euro C5000, up to 5,000 bottles/hour, suitable for bottles and cans
- Carton sealer – Robopac Robotape 50 M (2004), top/bottom sealing
- Forklift – Nissan S01 D 16 U (1991), 1.5 t capacity, 4.5 m lifting height

Filtration, Water, and Air Systems
- Filtration skid – Cespedes 3-stage (2018), 5/3/1 μm filters + cleaning water circuit
- Dechlorination filter – Pentair DAQ Magnum, 6,000 l/h, activated carbon
- Air compressor – Kaeser SM 13, screw compressor, 7.5 kW, with 500 l tank

Milling & Pumps
- Grain mill – Skiold Bemvig RS280, 5.5 kW, 1,000 kg/h
- Pumps – Bominox Sanix and Simplex-MS, 2.2 kW each; Inoxpa RV 65 (2022) screw pump, 0.75 kW
