Tilting cooking kettle. By clicking on “Accept”, you agree to the use of analytical cookies. Round, conical, tiltable frying pan made of stainless steel for preparing food, enabling discharge into trolleys via motorized tilting while maintaining the height of the discharge outlet.

It is equipped with a double thermal oil base and an easy-to-clean inner tank with a removable agitator featuring blades that scrape the walls to prevent product sticking and facilitate subsequent cleaning. It is fully insulated on both sides to conserve energy.

- Electric models feature armored heating elements immersed in thermal oil for uniform pan heating.
- Gas models have highly precise, electronically controlled, fan-assisted burners that can be operated with LPG, natural gas, or diesel.
