The Impuls Packaging Cobot is an intelligent automation system designed to move and place products efficiently and precisely. It automatically picks, positions, and arranges products on pallets or in packaging units, ensuring a smooth and continuous production process.

Thanks to its integrated automation technology, various packing patterns and procedures can be stored directly in the system and retrieved as needed. This allows the cobot to be flexibly adapted to changing products and production requirements without any retooling time.

A range of gripping options are available for the cobot, including vacuum grippers—either pneumatically operated or with an integrated vacuum motor—as well as specialized gripper systems for different applications. In collaboration with our German partner based in the Frankfurt region, we develop the optimal solution for your product, ensuring precise, safe, and efficient handling.

Operation is via a user-friendly interface that allows for easy setup and control, with no programming knowledge required. The cobot’s compact design enables seamless integration into existing production lines while requiring minimal floor space.

Using our cobot increases process reliability and reduces dependence on staffing shortages due to illness or unfilled shifts. This ensures that your production remains reliable and efficient, even with fluctuating staffing levels. Typically, the cobot pays for itself within the first year.
