IMH-OBC Optimized Block Saw

Cuts blocks for four-way pallets.

How does the machine work?
The block material is loaded onto the chain conveyor and transported to the shuttle, which feeds it into the cutting zone.
Before cutting, the machine measures the block material and calculates which lengths need to be cut in order to optimize utilization and minimize (or ideally eliminate) waste.
The machine can process up to 4 different block lengths in a single pass, with each block optimized individually.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a dual drive, allowing the simultaneous processing of two different block materials.
The feed chain and the circular saw blade are driven by a standard electric motor, while the linear module is powered by an AC servo drive to ensure optimal performance and precision.
The measuring arm, material holder in the saw, and air blower are operated pneumatically.
The machine is controlled and monitored by its own PLC via an operator panel.

This machine is designed for continuous and reliable pallet component processing. It combines professional precision with user-friendly setup.
