High-performance dry ice blasting system IC 310 S with integrated dry ice mill IS 10 (built-in fully automatic crushing unit) for fine cleaning with micro particles up to aggressive blasting on demanding surfaces.

The patented IS 10 dry ice mill allows you, when needed, to crush standard 3 mm dry ice pellets into 1.5 mm micro-pellets. This enables cleaning even sensitive surfaces such as polished finishes, pneumatic and electrical lines, machine panels, or vehicle interiors.

The patented, continuously adjustable dosing system operates reliably without any compressed air loss. Working pressure ranges between 1 and 16 bar. The compressed air supply hose is 10 meters long.

The integrated flow system prevents freezing and thus clogging at the hopper outlet. The piping and hose system is designed to prevent pellet breakage. The blasting gun is ergonomically designed, robust, safe, and easy to operate. Optionally, the blasting gun can be equipped with an LED lamp.

The stainless steel frame and machine housing ensure long service life. The machine requires only minimal maintenance costs, even under the toughest operating conditions.

The stainless steel feed hopper has a capacity of 13 kg. Dry ice consumption is 10–100 kg/h.
