Intended Use
The curing oven is a belt system designed for continuous feed operation with a maximum feed speed of 5 m/min. There is an open area at the infeed and outfeed for manual loading and unloading of components. In between is the enclosed heating section with 6 IR modules (height-adjustable). The component temperature reaches a maximum of 100°C and is used for heating solvent-free adhesive between film laminates. The belt’s return section, the rear sides of the IR modules, and the space above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are held on the transport belt by vacuum. The control cabinet is separate from the machine and located outside the cleanroom.
The system operates in a cleanroom per EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is manually loaded and unloaded by an operator. The system is exclusively used for heating film laminates.
