IBS Waschautomat Typ MAXI 91-2

Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and duration, the unit is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Within the sealed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the tank and convey it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes equipped with overlapping flat spray nozzles. During uniform basket rotation, driven by a separate motor, the items are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution.

After completion of the cleaning cycle, the unit switches off automatically.
