IBS Waschautomat Typ MAXI 91-2

Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process. This allows skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket, and the lid is closed. Once the desired washing temperature and time are set, the unit is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the wash tank and deliver it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes fitted with overlapping flat-jet nozzles. The items are intensively sprayed with the hot solution from all sides due to the even rotation of the motor-driven basket.
Once the cleaning process is complete, the unit shuts off automatically.
