The ZSE 150 shaving machine is used in small and medium batch production as a universal shaving machine, equipped with a deburring unit on the rear side. Featuring a compact and ergonomic design, all controls and the work area are easily accessible from the operator’s position. A large operator door ensures unobstructed access to the workspace, facilitating quick and easy retooling and tool changes. This machine is equipped with a pallet ring magazine.

Whether for plunge, diagonal or parallel feed, or for corrections such as taper or crowning, all infeed and correction movements are performed by the shaving head. The straightforward automatic loading, thanks to the stationary workpiece, is also a result of this machine concept and enables the construction of an extremely rigid machine bed. This rigidity is the fundamental prerequisite for achieving the highest gear quality. The CNC control positions the axes as shown in the enclosed diagram.
