Hosokawa Alpine Ventoplex C32V Air Classifier, minimally used, in very good condition. Perfect recirculating classifier for the fine classification of abrasive products. Especially suitable for high capacities and throughput rates with low energy consumption. Our air classifier allows separation of a product into two different fractions – one fine and one coarse – when a normal screen is unable to achieve this due to product fineness or other material characteristics. This is useful when you need to dedust a product by removing undesirable ultrafine dust, or to ensure a precise top cut by separating oversized coarse material, enabling you to tailor your product to the exact required particle size distribution specification.
This equipment is specially designed for the processing of abrasive materials, such as those found in the minerals industry.
