Multiprocess System in wear-resistant rental design.
Standalone laboratory-scale grinding and classifying plant. This compact and ready-to-use (plug and play) system is ideal for research and development (R&D) as well as small-scale production. The equipment operates in batches of a few kilograms.
This multiprocess system can be equipped with different modules (one at a time) for grinding or classifying various products, allowing the production of both coarse and ultrafine end products, thus offering a wide range of final results.
Module changeover is quick and easy, enabling different tasks to be performed in a short time.

ALPINE Multiprocess System AFG 100
The basis of this concept is the use of a basic module that combines all the ancillary components of a grinding or classifying plant (structure, dosing system, separation filter, control system, etc.). In just a few simple steps, the appropriate modules can be integrated to implement various micronising and classifying processes on this machine:
