An original, unused Tanabe rotary kiln in its original packaging, complete with all necessary accessories, is available. 1) Rotary kiln: Length: 17m, Height: 2400mm (+400mm/600mm extension), Width including drive: 2600mm, heated zone X/Y: 700mm/8000mm, heating power: 200kW, max. temperature: 500°C-550°C (up to 900°C possible with retort replacement and heating upgrade), feed: screw feeder, rotary drum speed control: 0.5-2 rpm, weight: approx. 23,500kg, including separate combustion air preheater. 2) Rotary cooler: Length: 10,600mm, Height: 1600mm (+400mm/600mm extension), Width including drive: 2200mm, cooled zone X/Y: 700mm/3500mm, cooling type: water cooling with circulation, speed control: 1.1-4.3 rpm, discharge: rotary valve, weight: approx. 8,200kg. 3) Exhaust air filter, including exhaust fan, HEPA filter, and dust collection bin with a temperature tolerance of 250°C. Control: Siemens plant control system for local operation, 3x HMIs, several operator panels and control cabinets. Includes various accessories such as spare parts, transport aids, and associated smaller devices. The entire plant is brand new and still in its original packaging.
