Edge banding machine for applying ABS and PVC edging to straight surfaces.
It features an automatic panel feed and applies adhesive directly to the panels.
Suitable for edge thicknesses from 0.4 to 3 mm and panel thicknesses from 10 to 45 mm.
The machine automatically trims the overhanging edging at both panel ends and mills the excess edging at the top and bottom of the panel flush or rounded.
Mechanical digital displays for panel thickness, edge thickness, and milling unit settings are included as standard.
Electronic glue temperature control with digital thermometer.
Table extension for wider panels included in the price.
Machine is pneumatically operated.
Adhesive granulate is liquefied in the melting tank.
Control panel located on top for convenient operation.
