The BLADE OFF system detects potential hazardous situations in advance and prevents them by retracting the saw blade into the machine table within fractions of a second. Using sensors, the system can distinguish between workpieces and the operator. An LED light in the saw blade guard indicates with a green light when the safety system is active.
