Forescolour, consisting of a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact panel, and base frame with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed equipped with 19mm MDF sacrificial board. Table openings pre-configured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set comprising profile linear guides including profile guide carriages, ball screw, and precision racks. All components assembled, pre-lubricated, including trial run—immediately operational. Control set comprised of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance power stages, power supply, and toroidal transformer, fully pre-installed in the control cabinet; includes sensors for each axis.

Switch relay for automatic activation of the existing extraction system.

Brush seals for dust protection and CE-compliant safety equipment through a mobile extraction device and a side-mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, covering 275° and 5.5m range. Vacuum Axolox 2513:
Milling bed designed as a vacuum table, consisting of four individually controllable segments. Cross-table made of PE with MDF cover plate. Vacuum pump from Becker, with a capacity of 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For the pump's electrical connection, a 16-amp, 400 V AC plug is required. The customer is responsible for providing 3mm HDF, raw on both sides, for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended use: machining coated wood-based panels)

Grease gun 150 ml, one cartridge of high-performance grease 400 g, spray can of silicone spray grease 500 ml, one lubrication nipple including hose section, and 30mm face milling cutter with indexable inserts.

Pneumatic unit: consisting of four cylinders, throttle check valve, push-in fittings, angled push-in fittings, silencer connectors, filter regulator, L-distributor, PE tube and holders—for use in a pre-configured table opening (for processing on the front side). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, the position must be calculated twice. (NOTE: Compressor to be provided by the customer)
