Forescolur, consisting of a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit on compact board and base frame, with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed as a sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF. Table openings prepared longitudinally and transversely. Mechanical set consisting of profile guides including linear guide carriages, ball screws and precision rack and pinion. All elements assembled, pre-lubricated including a test run, immediately operational. Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance power amplifiers, power supply unit and toroidal transformer, all pre-assembled in control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Control relays for automatic activation of an existing extraction system.

Brush seals for dust protection, as well as protective devices in accordance with CE regulations by means of a mobile extraction device and a one-sided mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, with a 275° and 5.5m field range. (Machine positioning in a room corner.)

Handheld control unit equipped with all necessary functions for machine operation, including emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor for determining tool length and adjustment of the active zero point offset.

High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including clamping nut, frequency inverter, line filter, braking resistor, as well as collet set. Monitor as built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 10, and control software Beamicon2, as well as mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console. CAD license Rhino 7.0 and CAM license Estlcam V11, as well as all necessary documentation will be sent by email prior to delivery.

Vacuum table: Milling bed constructed as a vacuum table, consisting of four individually controllable segments. Cross table made from PE with a top plate of ... vacuum pump from Becker company with a capacity of 100 m³/hr, oil-lubricated. For the power connection of the vacuum pump, a 16 amp, 400 V AC plug is required. The customer must provide HDF 3mm raw on both sides for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended application: machining of coated wood-based panels.)

Pneumatic unit: consisting of four cylinders, throttle check valve, push-in fittings, angled push-in fittings, silencer connections, filter regulator, push-in distributor, PE hose and brackets, for use in a pre-configured table opening (for end-face machining). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, the position must be calculated twice. (NOTE: Compressor must be provided by the customer.)
