Made from 19mm Forescolour, consisting of a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact board and base frame, with adjustable machine feet.

Milling bed as sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF.

Table openings pre-equipped both lengthwise and crosswise.

Mechanical package consisting of profile rails including profile rail guides, ball screw, and precision rack and pinion.

All components assembled, pre-lubricated including test run, immediately operational.

Control package consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gearboxes, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply, and toroidal transformer, completely pre-installed in the control cabinet as well as sensors for each axis.

Switching relays for automatic control of the existing extraction system.

Brush seals for dust protection, and safety devices CE-compliant, including a moving extraction unit and a side-mounted laser scanner for workspace monitoring, with a 275° and 5.5m detection area. (Machine positioned in a room corner)

Handheld control unit equipped with all necessary machine operation functions, including an emergency stop button and a dead man’s switch.

Tool length sensor for determining tool length and adjusting the active offset.

High-frequency spindle with 2.2 KW, including locknut, frequency inverter, line filter, brake resistor, and collet set.

Monitor as a built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 11, control software Beamicon2, mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console.

CAD license Rhino 8.0 and CAM license Estlcam V12, as well as all necessary documentation, will be sent by email before delivery.

Incl. milling bed designed as vacuum table, consisting of four adjustable segments. Cross table made of PE with an MDF cover plate. Vacuum pump by Becker, capacity 100m³/h, oil-sealed type. For connecting the vacuum pump, a plug with 16 Ampere, 400 V AC is required. The customer must provide HDF 3mm raw on both sides for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended use: machining coated board materials)
