DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as the judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this capacity by Civil Decision no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public auction, with an ascending price and calling out, for the sale of the asset identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a visiting day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.
If the asset is awarded, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the adjudicated asset value. The conversion into RON will be made on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by BNR for that day.
The auction bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction terms and conditions (Caietul de sarcini) will be drafted by the judicial liquidator according to industry practices, containing the auction participation rules. The documentation will be provided for a fee of 500 RON + VAT for goods valued up to 5,000 EUR, and 1,000 RON + VAT for goods over 5,000 EUR. It can be obtained at the liquidator’s office or by phone and will be sent via email.

A participation guarantee of 10% of the starting price is required. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction at the liquidator's office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price for successful bidders and refunded to non-winning participants.
In the event of identical bids, the winner will be the bidder willing to pay the full amount in the shortest term.
The payment term is 5 business days from the award date. If the full amount is not paid on time, the winner will forfeit their advance payment and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
