Dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body built as a sturdy, welded frame construction made of thick-walled steel profiles, laser-processed steel sheet parts, and machined components
Mounted on the machine body is the torsion-resistant, finely planed cast iron table top
The powerful and robust saw unit, built into the machine stand, ensures precise cutting results
The complete saw spindle assembly is dynamically balanced; double-guided tilt segments made of cast iron with dual column guides for height adjustment, as well as the double ball-bearing long circular saw spindle, ensure absolute smooth running
The ball-bearing double roller carriage runs smoothly and is maintenance-free. Precise, play-free running along the entire length, guided by hardened and ground round steel rails, with remote locking at 50 mm intervals
Stable yet lightweight cross slide made of steel profiles with a support roller on the outer narrow side; cross slide can be extended up to 250 mm on the wide side
Length stop at the cross slide with mm scale and telescopic extension up to 3500 mm; equipped with 2 robust, play-free adjustable stop flaps and 1 end stop with support for long strips; length stop can be used as an angular mitre stop on both sides, continuously adjustable from 0° to 46° with mechanical length compensation; common mitre angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) quickly settable via a quick-fix system
Rip fence with cutting width of 1030 mm to the right of the saw blade, with fine adjustment, easily adjustable and lockable manually; measurement display via easily readable mm scale on adjustable ruler guide
