HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR STRAIGHTENING LARGE ELECTROWELDED STRUCTURES AND OXYCUT SHEETS

The TL-400-6000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and is custom-designed for straightening large electrowelded structures and oxycut metal sheets.

As with all our T/NC series hydraulic presses, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, sheets, or structures. It allows access to various pressing points without needing to reposition the workpiece, thanks to the lateral traverse of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the bridge.

It employs an optimized hydraulic system with a working pressure below 319 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliable performance.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES

- Composed of an electrowelded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
- Designed and calculated with finite element software.
- The longitudinal movement of the bridge is executed via frequency inverter and toothed belt.
- The lateral movement of the head is motorized and controlled via frequency inverter.

Complies with all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Equipped with a removable and interchangeable pressure pad to prevent piston damage, and machined at the end to accommodate tooling.
- Standard equipment includes a cylinder anti-rotation system and a front milled scale with limit switches for stroke regulation.
- Motorized hydraulic unit with two-speed operation and automatic high-speed disengagement.
- Includes a cylinder decompression valve.
- Pressure regulator.
- Glycerine-filled gauge with readings in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

- Electrical panel with a selector switch to choose between manual or semi-automatic operation.
- Includes selector switch for fast approach speed or slow working speed.
- Operated via a pendant control station with emergency stop and low-voltage controls.
- Includes a maneuver confirmation button.
- Equipped with a perimeter safety rope device.
