The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and has been specially developed for straightening welded constructions and cut plates.

As with all hydraulic presses in this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry, access to various pressing points is possible without having to reposition the workpiece.

The machine complies with all essential safety and health requirements according to CE standards.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electrowelded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• The longitudinal movement of the gantry is achieved via frequency inverter and toothed belt.
• The lateral movement of the head is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
• Equipped with a removable and interchangeable cushion to prevent piston wear, machined at the end to fit the tool.
• Includes as standard an anti-rotation device for the cylinder and a calibrated front with limit switches for adjusting cylinder stroke.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic shut-off of rapid speed.
• Cylinder decompression valve.
• Pressure regulator.
• Glycerine-filled manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control cabinet includes a selector switch for choosing between manual and semi-automatic operation.
• Also includes a selector switch for fast approach speed and slow working speed.
• Operation via pendant control with emergency stop and low-voltage control.
• Includes a button for cycle confirmation.
