HYDRAULIC C-FRAME PRESS FOR STRAIGHTENING RAILWAY TRACKS

We are offering a new or rebuilt version of this press.
The press will be available for sale in the 2nd to 3rd quarter of 2026, as the current project timeline has been extended by the customer.

The hydraulic press CF-400E/NC belongs to the CF/NC series and is specifically designed for straightening railway rails.
It is equipped with an upper and lower table made from machined C45E steel with DIN 650 T-slots.
The machine uses an optimized hydraulic system operating at less than 255 bar, ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
It meets all essential health and safety requirements as per CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE:
• The C-frame structure is fully welded from S355JR steel.
• After welding, the frame is stress-relieved and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• The design is calculated and optimized with finite element analysis software.
• The upper table is perfectly aligned using four lateral cylindrical guides of 80 mm diameter, each equipped with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
• The main cylinder is single-acting with a sleeved body, hard-chrome plated piston, and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides.
• Two lateral double-acting cylinders with hard-chrome plated pistons and wear-resistant guides allow for rapid approach and return movement.
• Includes two independent hydraulic safety blocks.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with pre-fill valve for approach and return operations. The pump provides constant power and variable flow rate.
• Equipped with directional valve, pressure relief valve, decompression valve, and air-oil cooling system.
• Glycerin-filled pressure gauge with tonnage indicator.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
• Includes a SIEMENS safety PLC, model SIMATIC S7 1200, and a 7-inch touchscreen, model KTP-700 COMFORT, housed in the control cabinet. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Features a memory capacity for 300 recipes, with each recipe fully programmable for all parameters.
• Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring. Includes an additional safety block and self-diagnosis devices for controls and safety. Encompasses verification and certification of correct operation and safety clearances for light curtains.
• Controlled via an electric low-voltage foot pedal.
• For safety, category IV laser and work area protection with safety light curtains are integrated.
