CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder is equipped with a guide bush, a chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-resistant guiding elements. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses are fitted with a removable and replaceable pressure plate. The pressure plate can be substituted by tooling. It is equipped with an anti-rotation system, mounted on the cylinder using a clamp and a guide rod.
The hydraulic system features two speeds, with automatic shut-off of the high-speed mode. The delivery includes a decompression valve for the cylinder.

ELECTRICS AND SAFETY:
A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch touchscreen (MTP-400 model), located above the electric foot pedal, are included as standard. This allows programming of the operating mode for both semi-automatic and automatic functions, control of force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It offers memory for 99 recipes, with each recipe able to include all previous parameters.
The control cabinet has a switch to select the desired operating mode (manual or automatic) as well as a key switch for maintenance work.
Both electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring for maximum safety. The hydraulic safety block is equipped with electrically monitored position valves for essential safety requirements.
Operation is via a dual-hand safety control system, complying with safety level IV.

For safety, fixed side guards with a 650 mm front opening are installed.
A hydraulic cushion or a hydraulic ejector can be fitted as an option.
All machines are supplied with an operating manual.
