The MV-250E/NC hydraulic four-column press belongs to the M/NC series and has been specially developed for increased precision and capacity, particularly for deep drawing applications.
It is equipped with an upper and lower table made of C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. Maintenance-free bimetal bushings and perfect parallel alignment via four chrome-plated and precision-ground cylindrical columns further guarantee optimal operation.
An optimized hydraulic system operates at pressures below 290 Bar, ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
The press complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Comprises three electrically welded blocks fabricated exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using Finite Element Analysis software.
• The lower table is equipped with a 50-ton hydraulic cushion (usable area 950 x 750 mm) and three front consoles to support tools outside the press area.
• Integrated SIEMENS KTP-400 NC for controlling upper table stroke, speed adjustments, and cushion operation.
• Includes SIEMENS S7 PLC enabling storage of up to 99 job presets.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Single-acting cylinder with honed liner, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• Complete hydraulic unit installed at the top of the press.
• Hydraulic unit includes a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and air-oil cooler.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Includes SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch KTP-400 touchscreen panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Offers memory for 99 recipes, with each recipe capable of programming all aforementioned parameters.
• The electrical control panel is equipped with a selector switch to choose the mode of operation: manual “Setup” or automatic “Production” cycle.
• Machine operation via electric low-voltage foot pedals.
• For safety, the press features Category IV light barriers (front working area), two fixed lateral protection guards, and a rear access guard with magnetic separation detector.
