STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• The frame is made from autogenously cut steel, divided into three electro-welded monoblocks manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
• Engineered and designed using finite element analysis software.
• Cylindrical columns with 300 mm diameter, high mechanical strength, ground and chrome-plated to ensure low friction and minimal wear.
• Upper table with T-slots and anti-fall safety system.
• Usable table area: 4,750 x 2,250 mm.
• Structure withstands 600 tonnes of concentrated force applied to 1/3 of its surface.
• The lower table is designed for displacement up to 50 tonnes, supported by bronze guides with graphite inserts and mechanical positioning centers for precise table alignment.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Six single-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and wear-resistant guides.
• Four hydraulic compensators (50 tonnes each), mounted at the ends of the lower table.
• 800-liter hydraulic unit with low-noise Denison pump, automatic shut-off for rapid prefilling speed, and decompression system for working speed.
• Proportional pressure system and optical sensors for monitoring upper table displacement, with a synchronous electronic system to compensate for eccentric or unbalanced forces.
• Hydraulic group cooling system with independent air-oil cooler unit.
• All M-series hydraulic presses are equipped with a side pressure switch to set work-specific optimal pressures.
• Glycerine manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Features SIEMENS safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 12" touchscreen. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, stroke, and dwell time on the upper table. Up to 300 recipes can be stored, each programmable with all aforementioned parameters.
• Low-voltage operation via two-hand control buttons.
• Anti-fall safety system with hydraulic safety jaws.
• Category IV light curtains at front and rear.
• Lateral safety guards with interlock and safety microswitches.
