Control operation:

The linear encoder transmits the positions of the ram and ejectors to the control system. Travel path, upper stop, switching point (where the press transitions from fast approach to working speed), and target end positions can all be quickly and easily set via the monitor control system.
Working speed can be adjusted in 1 mm/sec increments from 0 to 10, and in 10 mm increments from 10 to 300 mm/sec.
Additionally, the machine features pressure monitoring which, upon reaching set pressure, either returns the ram to the top position or holds pressure for a set duration (maintaining within 5% tolerance) and then opens.
The control monitors the protected areas, complete hydraulics, pumps, and temperature. It also synchronizes the main cylinders and compensates automatically in case of uneven loading.
The control is housed in a separate control cabinet. The operation of the press itself is conducted via a control console mounted on a pivot arm, reducing the operator's walking distance.

Nitrogen compression system:
