Offset sanding units equipped with large tension rollers for effective heat dissipation and stable belt guidance. Sanding units with forced sanding belt oscillation. Two-point sanding dust extraction directly at the sanding drum. Airborne dust extraction at the large tension rollers. Integrated sanding belt air-blow system for extended belt lifespan. Integrated brush and finishing device, adjustable by threaded spindle, with large dust extraction. Motorized adjustment of sanding thickness for the entire upper unit via precision lead screws and linear ball sets on hardened and ground precision shafts, protected against dust and dirt. Electronic digital display for workpiece thickness (resolution 0.1 mm). Contact roller and sanding shoe proportioned for optimal grit load. Hardened and ground sanding rollers.
