Motorized sanding thickness adjustment of the entire upper assembly via precision-threaded spindles and linear ball units on hardened and ground precision shafts with dust and dirt protection. Feed unit and proven, calibrated, slip-resistant and high-grip transport belts on accurately ground tables and spring-mounted pressure rollers. Cardan shaft drive for uniform wood feed-through. Continuously variable feed speed. Chip removal adjustable below via precision-threaded spindle with scale ring for measurement display (resolution: 0.1 mm).

Ergonomically arranged operating and setting elements on the machine front: upper/lower sanding and brushing units, workpiece transport device, sanding thickness adjustment, operation monitor, fault display. Control and operating unit installed in the machine body with lockable main switch. All motors electrically protected against overload.
