Offset sanding units with large-scale belt drive drums for slip-free belt tracking. Dual-point extraction for direct and airborne dust, with sealing brushes and integrated sanding belt air-blast system to extend sanding belt service life. Sanding units made from heavy steel plate design as a basis for vibration-damped, smooth belt running. Absolutely backlash-free guides using ball linear sets made from hardened and ground shafts. Height adjustment of sanding units via hardened and ground special linear guides and preloaded guide carriages. Large-diameter pre-sanding rollers serve as contact rollers. Contact rollers and sanding shoes are optimally matched to the sanding belt grit load.
The large-dimensioned drive drums guarantee full transmission of the sanding motors’ 5.5 kW output to the sanding belt, ensuring slip-free, stable running and optimal heat dissipation. This enables maximum stock removal. Automatic machine stop trigger in the event of belt breakage. Optical indicator at the control panel and machine warning beacon.

Finishing sanding shoes are completely maintenance- and wear-free, made from oxide-ceramic for optimal heat dissipation.

Integrated brushing and finishing device for improved surface finish, built into the main machine. Two vertically-aligned special brush rollers, 150 mm diameter, operating in the same direction as the feed. Separate height adjustment of the brush rollers using precise slide guides for wear compensation. Additional conveyor roller for removing or further transporting the workpiece out of the sanding machine, coupled with the transport belt.

The Feeding mats have been recently changed
