Herz / Lauber

We are selling a converted overseas container equipped with a Herz Firematic 130 boiler system. The heating unit has an output of 130 kW and is connected to a Lauber heat exchanger. Additional doors for maintenance and inspection have been installed in the heating container, ensuring easy access to the equipment. The boiler is fired with wood pellets, and a pellet hopper with a capacity of approximately 1.5 tons is also housed within the heating container. Both the heating container and the Lauber unit must be dismantled prior to transport, but thanks to the modular container design, they can be easily loaded for shipping. The internal surfaces of the heating container have been clad and treated with a special coating that prevents condensation droplets from forming inside. The Lauber unit is a Lauber Energy Central Type L-ENZ 80+ (5.50 kW fan). Both machines are in as-new condition and have only been used to a very limited extent. Total operating hours are currently 3,577, which equates to approximately 149 days. Both units were manufactured at the end of 2022 and have been in operation since roughly May 2023. What is this system suitable for? It can be used to heat warehouses, buildings or construction sites, as well as for drying bulk materials or natural products such as timber, wood chips, horse manure, and any other free-flowing or bulk material.
