Machine Base:
Conveyor unit with a single transport belt; feed speed adjustable between 3 - 15 m/min via frequency control, including transport belt cleaning device. Constant working height of 920 mm; adjustment to various workpiece thicknesses (3 - 80 mm) by motor-driven adjustment of the upper machine section. Toothed belt cover for the lifting gear provides dust protection. Lifting gear toothed belt is monitored and controlled, integrated into the switch cabinet.

1. Cross Sanding Unit
- Belt dimensions: 5,400 x 150 mm
- Drive power: 13/17 kW
- Sanding belt equipped with additional blasting tube for the belt cleaning device, wear-resistant brake unit, pressure segment belt system, intermittent belt cleaning blast device, belt running control. Includes door with glass insert.

2. Longitudinal Sanding Unit
- Belt dimensions: 2,620 x 1,350 mm
- Drive power: 13/17 kW
- Belt, in combination with double the number of blasting holes in the belt cleaning device, wear-resistant brake unit. Automatic compensation for differences in belt length, sanding belt runs against feed direction, intermittent dust blasting device, infra-red belt monitoring. Eccentric bearing for the front (steel) roller for light calibration; controlled via operator terminal.

3. Longitudinal Sanding Unit
- Belt dimensions: 2,620 x 1,350 mm
- Belt speeds: 0.5 - 18 m/s
- Drive power: 17 kW (frequency controlled)
- Infinitely variable sanding belt speed, with twice the number of blasting holes in the belt cleaning device, wear-resistant brake unit, automatic compensation for belt length differences, sanding belt runs against feed direction, intermittent belt cleaning blast, infra-red belt monitoring.

4. Brush Roll Unit
- Centrally height-adjustable; includes extraction hood and press-on roll.
- Diameter: 150 mm
- Drive power: 1.5 kW
- Bristle type: fibre

5. Workpiece Suction Device
- For secure transport of workpieces shorter than 500 mm in the feed direction, including integrated ventilator

7. Workpiece Blasting Device with Rotating Compressed Air Nozzles (within the machine frame)

The machine is ready for operation at your facility following a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul by authorized Heesemann service personnel. A new conveyor belt is fitted.

Start-up and operator training at the customer’s location can be arranged.

Transport costs are negotiable – loading is included in the price.
