Custom Refurbished Sorting Machine for 100% Inspection of Bulk Parts

We offer a sorting machine with glass, prism, or slotted disc for optical inspection and sorting of screws, nuts, cold-forged parts, stamped parts, etc. The machine is ideally suited for rotational workpieces in small to medium sizes.

Important:
The machine is currently in raw condition and will be completely overhauled only after a customer order – precisely according to your specifications.

Scope of General Overhaul (included in the price):
– Complete disassembly of all assemblies
– Shot blasting & powder coating of all painted machine components
– Replacement of all wear parts and safety-critical components
– Mechanical repair, cleaning, and adjustment
– Inspection or replacement of bearings, drives, and solenoid valves
– Functional check of the feeding system
– Test run with customer sample parts
– New LED lighting
