Pagrindinis tokios užrakto sistemos privalumas – paprastas montavimas: norint sujungti dvi paneles, tereikia viršutinę detalę uždėti ant apatinės ir prispausti – tuo metu girdimas specifinis spragtelėjimo garsas. Lyginant su standartinėmis „standingo falco“ tipo panelėmis su mechaniniu užraktu, kurias reikia užverti specialiais įrankiais ar įranga, snap-lock paneles galima sumontuoti žymiai lengviau ir nereikia papildomų, brangių įrenginių. Panelės tvirtinti prie stogo konstrukcijos galima naudoti standartinius savisriegius varžtus – tam ruloninė staklė vienoje panelės pusėje padaro specialias tvirtinimo skylutes. Toks paprastas gaminio dizainas padeda sutaupyti lėšų ir supaprastina montavimo procesą – nereikia išlaidauti perkant fiksavimo spaustukus, kaip įprastinių mechaninio užrakto „standingo falco“ sistemų atveju. Taigi, snap-lock stogo paneles lengva sumontuoti, nereikia aukštos kvalifikacijos darbuotojų ir sumažinamos papildomos įrangos įsigijimo išlaidos. Panelių bendras aukštis – 31 mm.
