⭐Booths can be manufactured from galvanized sheet or stainless steel. They can be designed for integration into both automatic and manual systems.

⭐A platform is installed at the pool for material and personnel safety, covering the entire pool area.

⭐In the Wetline spray booth, environmental pollution is prevented by the simultaneous application of three different filtration systems.

⭐Wet paint particles extracted from the air by a suction fan are captured by the water curtain at the rear of the booth and transferred to the pool.

⭐Trace amounts of wet paint particles not captured by the water curtain are collected by the separators located at the suction channels behind the water curtain, with fresh air discharged through the exhaust.

⭐A backwash system is applied in the separator section to enhance the retention of moist paint particles. The filtration efficiency, increased by spraying wash water through nozzles onto the contact surface, is maximized.

⭐Paint-contaminated wastewater accumulating in the basin passes through both coarse and fine grates as it enters the pump suction chamber, preventing clogging of the pump nozzles and ensuring effective retention of paint particles.

⭐When the wastewater in the pool becomes unusable, it can be drained by using the wastewater valve located behind the grates in the suction section.

⭐By implementing a paint separator system, the water in the basin is cleaned of paint and continually reused.

⭐Separated paint residues are dewatered by using a filter press and must be disposed of properly.
