BSE Series — Universal External Cylindrical, Large/Long Parts

Max. workpiece weight: up to 2500 kg.
Max. grinding wheel diameter: Ø 900 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.
Optional axes/functions: C / B / U / Q (including swiveling workpiece clamping, swiveling chuck). Control: PLC (NC) / CNC.
Application: Ideal for single-clamping of complex external machining operations, ensuring high form accuracy.

Machine bed: cast iron, ribbed, naturally aged; flat/V-guides, hand-scraped, anti-friction coating. X/Z axis with ballscrew drives, AC servos, linear scales.
Grinding head: Left/right/fixed angle; turret up to 4 spindles; automatic dynamic balancing from Ø 250 mm.
Tailstock: hydraulically operated, adjustable force, conical deviation correction. W-axis optional.
Internal grinding (optional): Belt or HF spindles, direct drive, water cooling.
Control: PLC (NC) or CNC, graphical user interface, data output for process analysis.
